Dr. Thor Mann

Dr. Thor Mann earned his PsyD in Organizational Psychology from the Graduate School of Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. Alongside his teaching and advising for organizational students, he maintains a full-time consulting practice. He is a Partner with ghSMART, an international leadership advisory firm that serves CEOs, Boards, and investors.  

Thor has a passion for supporting mission-driven organizations and leads ghSMART’s non-profit practice where he and the team translate the best practices in talent and organization from the private sector to practical tools for non-profit Boards and leaders to deliver on their mission. Clients have included top foundations, educational organizations and cultural institutions. He was also the firm’s first head of diversity, equity and inclusion.
