Jackie brings over a decade of experience in corporate operations and technology leadership to her doctoral studies, most recently supporting executive functions within large financial services organizations. Her background spans workforce planning, cross-functional coordination, and operational strategy at the intersection of business and technology, giving her a birds-eye view of how organizations respond to disruption and change. She holds a BA in English and a Master of Public Policy, both from Rutgers University.

Jackie is broadly interested in how technology shapes identity, and in how the tools we use reshape how we understand who we are. Her current research aspirations center on artificial intelligence in the workplace, exploring how automation affects professional meaning, agency, and the psychological experience of employees navigating organizational change.
