Mental Health and Wellness
The Chancellor’s Third Annual Mental Health and Wellness Lecture Series, organized by the Center for Youth Social Emotional Wellness, took place in November 2025. This year’s series was designed to equip the community with practical skills and strategies to address common mental health challenges. Topics included anxiety, sleep, and ADHD, with each session offering evidence-based techniques to promote wellness for ourselves and those around us.
The series featured five one-hour virtual workshops, each led by expert presenters who shared actionable tools that attendees could apply in their daily lives.
