Chancellor’s Third Annual Mental Health and Wellness Lecture Series
We are pleased to announce that the Chancellor’s Third Annual Mental Health and Wellness Lecture Series organized by the Center for Youth Social Emotional Wellness will take place in November 2025. This year’s series is uniquely designed to provide the community with skills and strategies that can be used to address common mental health challenges. The series covers a range of topics, from anxiety, to sleep, to ADHD. The chancellor and CYSEW recognize that whether in ourselves, our family members, or friends, all of us are touched by mental health and can benefit from learning evidence-based techniques to promote wellness. Each presenter will teach practical skills that can be applied by attendees in their own lives and/or in helping others. The series consists of 5 one-hour virtual workshops, each taking place from 12-1 EST. Attendees can register for as many of the workshops as they wish, attending those presentations with the topics most relevant to their lives.
