Application Process

Your application will require: 

• An official transcript sent to e-transcripts@gradadm.rutgers.edu
  • ​​​​​​You may upload unofficial transcripts, but official transcripts are expected  
    • Request Official Transcripts using Parchment, eScrp-Safe, or National Student Clearinghouse. Chinese Institutions will need to use CHESICC 
• A personal statement (1.5 to 2 pages or 750 to 1000 words) sent electronically describing experiences related to, and commitment to, pursuing a career in professional psychology and a doctoral degree 
• Resumes sent electronically 
• Indication of the program you are applying for 
• GRE Psychology Subject Test required for Clinical PsyD Program only
• If you are a foreign exchange student, the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is also required 
  • TOEFL can be waived if the applicant can show English capabilities
