- Current Rutgers students must first complete the GSAPP Evaluations form with the Office of Disability Services. Students will receive an email within 1-2 weeks of submitting the form to provide their availability to schedule a phone screen.
-
Community clients can schedule their phone screen by emailing testing@gsapp.rutgers.edu or calling 848-445-3892. Please provide your name, phone number, and availability over the next two weeks, and we will follow up as soon as we can.
