Jordan Zahora

Jordan earned her B.S. in Organizational Behavior from Furman University and her M.Ed. in Leadership & Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University. She is currently studying how interdisciplinary teams can work together more effectively and is passionate about leadership, coaching, adult learning, early career development, and workplace sexual harassment—with a focus on how survivors can reclaim their stories as part of healing. She is particularly drawn to a concept she refers to as the “second story,” which considers how narrative reframing can support meaning-making and personal empowerment after trauma.
