I have joined Rutgers's Psy.D. Organizational Psychology Program since 2024. My research focuses on workplace ostracism- being ignored or excluded at work. Specifically, my work explores (1) antecedents of ostracism from the perspectives of perpetrators, targets, and bystanders, (2) Impacts of workplace ostracism on employees' well-being, career development, and decision-making, and (3) Coping strategies that individuals employ to adapt to experiences of workplace ostracism.
