Catriona Francis, M.Ed., BCBA, Director of the DDDC. Catriona Francis has worked at the DDDC using applied behavior analysis with individuals with autism since 1996. She is certified as a Teacher of the Handicapped in New Jersey. Catriona earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Rutgers University in 2004. She holds a Principal Certificate from the state of New Jersey. Catriona has presented at local and national conferences on a variety of topics surrounding classroom management and educational planning for learners with autism and has co-authored a book on addressing teaching challenges with individuals with autism.
