NJ SCI Coaching and Consultative Support Cohort Informational Webinar

About the Opportunity
The NJ Department of Education, in collaboration with the School Climate Transformation Project (SCTP) at GSAPP, invites local educational agencies (LEAs) to apply for the NJ SCI Coaching and Consultative Support Cohort.
This three-year initiative (2025–26, 2026–27, 2027–28) is designed to help districts build positive school climates and cultures inclusive of all students. Selected districts will use the NJ SCI Survey and Platform, a no-cost resource that provides high-quality school climate data and strategic planning tools.
Benefits for Participating Districts
Districts selected to join the cohort will receive:
- Virtual communities of practice during the 2025–2026 school year, plus 2–3 events each subsequent year.
- On-demand technical assistance and direct coaching support for up to 2 pilot schools, with consultations via videoconference and up to 2 on-site visits per year.
- Access to eLearning modules on data collection, data analysis, goal setting, strategic planning, and implementation monitoring.

Key Steps/Actions
- Register and attend the informational webinar on October 8, 2025 (11:00 am–12:00 pm).
- With superintendent support, district personnel with knowledge of school climate and culture practices should complete the NJ SCI Coaching and Consultative Support Cohort application.
- Submit the completed application by November 11, 2025 to: njscisupport@rutgers.edu
