Bardha Rafuna

Bardha earned her B.A in Psychology from the University of Prishtina, Kosovo and her Ms.Ed. in School Counseling from Brooklyn College, New York. Her research interests include inclusive leadership, supporting employee well being across diverse cultural contexts, creating equitable workplace policies, and addressing the unique challenges faced by employees from collectivist backgrounds and underrepresented communities. Through research in the field, Bardha hopes to explore how school and corporate environments affect employees’ lives and equity in service delivery.
