Meghan A. Deshais, Ph.D., BCBA-D is an assistant professor in the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. She earned her doctorate in the experimental analysis of behavior from the University of Florida in 2018. Prior to joining the faculty at Rutgers, she was an assistant professor in the Department of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a clinical supervisor at the Center for Autism and ABA at Caldwell University. Her research interests include the application of behavior analysis to novel areas, contingency management, group contingencies and establishing generalized imitation in autistic children. She currently serves as an associate editor for Behavior Analysis in Practice and on the board of the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.
