Kayla Crawley, M.A.
Bio
Kayla Crawley, M.A. is a consultant with the School Climate Transformation Project (SCTP) at Rutgers University. Kayla primarily supports the project’s technical assistance, consultation and training services for participating New Jersey districts and schools. She also contributes to the development of resources and learning materials on the NJ SCI Platform to support school leaders with school climate data collection and strategic planning. Kayla is a sociology Ph.D. candidate at Rutgers University examining persistent inequalities within education, the relationship between school districts and external research partners, as well as the barriers to school policy implementation. Her research interests allow her to support schools in adapting research-based guidance to promote systems-level school climate change in New Jersey public schools.
