GSAPP Class of 2024 Convocation Ceremony

The 2024 Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP)'s Convocation Ceremony will take place at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 9th, at the Nicholas Music Center, Cook/Douglass Campus. There will be a lunch reception immediately following.

Additional Ceremony Tickets

We are opening up a lottery for graduates to request additional tickets.  If you requested additional tickets when you filled out your original ticket order, your name is already included for the lottery. If you have not done so and would like to request more tickets, please email Chanelle Greene (crg123@gsapp.rutgers.edu), by the end of the day 4/26/24, indicating the number of additional tickets requested.  Recipients of extra tickets will be notified on Monday 4/29/24.

Regalia Orders

All regalia needs to be ordered from Barnes & Noble at Rutgers: 100 Somerset St., New Brunswick, NJ 08901/(732) 246-8448. Please check website for hours of operation. Pre-order online.

Portraits

Rutgers University has partnered with Pro Pics to take professional portraits of all graduates during the ceremony. Photos will be available for purchase afterward. There is no cost to have your photo taken and no obligation to purchase. If you would like to receive your photo proofs, please go to www.RutgersPhotos.com to submit your information. If you have any questions regarding photos, please contact Pro Pics at info@propicsusa.com.
