Introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

The Psychoanalytic Community at Rutgers (PCAR) will be hosting guest speaker Dr. David J. Stern to present "Introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy." This workshop will mix didactic teaching with experiential learning, providing both conceptual understanding and practice experience. Through an engaging, hands-on experience, attendees will learn the foundational concepts and components of IFS—a powerful, evidence-based approach that blends psychology and spirituality. 

Lunch will be served, so advanced registration is required. All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend.
