Dr. Sara P. Weiner
Sara P. Weiner, Ph.D. is a recognized expert in employee surveys, change management, and organizational development. Sara worked for IBM, then in IBM/Kenexa where she led the North American consulting team for surveys, assessments, and competencies. She was then an early member of Glint focused on consulting, product design, and thought leadership. Sara is currently an independent consultant. Over her career, Sara has worked with hundreds of companies and guided executive teams across industries and countries using data to inform business decisions. She has numerous publications and presentations sharing her research and experience including in the areas of survey methodology, work and life issues, remote work, and corporate social responsibility. Sara is a Fellow in the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, has served in many volunteer roles in SIOP, including being elected to represent SIOP on the American Psychological Association Council of Representatives, and she currently serves as Chair of SIOP’s United Nations Committee. She also is a member of the Advisory Board for the Psychology Department of the University of Arizona. Sara received her master’s and doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
Dr. Marc Sokol
Organizational psychologist, consultant, executive coach, writer and speaker on workplace dynamics for the past 30 years, Marc Sokol has worked with leaders and companies in 25 countries, across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa.
- Marc has coached a wide range of executives, and has worked with virtually every C-level leadership role reporting to the CEO. He has consulted to and partnered with Boards, CEOs, Presidents, Chairs and Vice-Chairs, helping them extend impact across the firms they lead.
- As a practice leader in a consulting firm, he led curriculum and consulting services development for a global team, expanding that firm’s capacity to provide leadership development services and coaching to clients.
- Seasoned in a wide range of talent management services: executive coaching, assessment, 360-degree feedback, team development, succession, action learning, leadership development and organizational change, Marc has managed client engagements across a wide geography and has designed customized learning events for small and large groups around the world.
- Having been the leader of several business units himself, Marc has had the opportunity to practice what he believes and discover what really makes a difference, both in the US and as an expatriate business leader. He now owns his own business.
The combination of these experiences enables Marc to provide deep insight into individual effectiveness and how leaders at every level can increase organizational impact.
A diverse career as an organizational consultant
Marc has worked in large and small companies, in public and private sector, and has been adjunct faculty in both a psychology department and a management department at leading universities. He founded Sage Consulting Resources nearly fifteen years ago.
He is co-author and co-editor of several books, including Impact Without Authority: What Successful People Know, Negotiation: How to create agreements in business and life, and Strategic Workforce Planning. He serves on the editorial board of Consulting Psychology Journal and is Associate Editor of OD Review. He was guest editor for a special issue of Consulting Psychology Journal, devoted to change management. He continues to serve on several professional practice committees as well as share his experience at conferences and graduate-level university programs.
Marc received his doctoral degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland. In honor of his career accomplishments, he has been elected a fellow of the Society of Industrial & Organizational Psychology, of the Society for Consulting Psychology, the American Psychological Association and the International Society of Coaching Psychology.
Dr. Anna Erickson
Dr. Anna Erickson is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with extensive experience in executive assessment, organizational climate, employee engagement, employee selection, leadership development and coaching. Throughout her career, Dr. Erickson has helped clients achieve success by optimizing performance of leaders, teams, and organizations. Recognizing the relationships between leaders, followers, and environment, she leverages data and works with clients to define goals as well as potential obstacles to goal attainment and implement practical yet impactful solutions. She has provided assessment feedback and coaching to hundreds of senior leaders, and has worked with many of the world’s most respected organizations. including:

Dr. Erickson has served as a leader in professional organizations including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work (MPPAW), the American Psychological Association (APA) and Texas Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (TIOP). She served on the American Psychological Association’s Psychologically Healthy Workplace Program at the state and national levels.
In 2020, Dr. Erickson founded Iron Post Leadership, a consulting firm delivering global solutions based on the scientific principles of work and organizational psychology. Iron Post Leadership helps clients improve hiring processes, engage teams, build more inclusive work environments, and prepare future leaders.
