The Ann Klein Advocate Award is given to individuals and organizations that have done exemplary work advocating for vulnerable populations and people with disabilities. The public nominates the recipients. We are proud to recognize Dr. Swarbrick for her outstanding contributions in this field!
Dr. Peggy Swarbrick, FAOTA, has been leading wellness and recovery efforts at the Collaborative Support Programs of NJ for 26 years. She developed a strengths-based 8-dimensional wellness (Wellness in 8D) model, focusing on wellness coaching, peer support, social determinants of health, financial wellness, employment, and professional self-care. Dr. Swarbrick recently launched the Wellness Training Learning Collaborative (W-TLC) to support workforce wellness and burnout prevention for healthcare professionals and educators.
