Matt’s research project, “Manualizing sport psychology services in NCAA Division III athletic departments with organizational support from the institutions' Wellness Center,” assesses a pilot ESP program within an integrative Wellness Center available to an entire student body using Weisbord’s Six-Box Model for organizational diagnosis. The evidence-based interventional program informs a best practices manual guiding the development of a scalable and replicable model for other DIII institutions.
