The Culture & Diversity Toolkit for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) instructors is now available as a free, open-access resource designed to promote inclusive and culturally responsive teaching. Created to offer structure and guidance within a flexible framework, the Toolkit also includes support for aligning coursework with the 2027 BACB standards.
Developed by Dr. Meghan Deshais, Assistant Professor in the Applied Psychology Department at GSAPP, and her team, the project was supported by the Society for the Experimental Analysis of Behavior and a Rutgers IDEA Innovation Grant.
