GSAPP’s Organizational Psychology Program is Reaching New Heights!

Our students and faculty continue to make meaningful contributions to the field, driving impactful change through research, leadership, and global collaboration.

Jenny Lee, a GSAPP Organizational Psychology PsyD student, co-authored the article “Emotional intelligence assessment in leadership succession management,” published in the Consulting Psychology Journal. She was also selected as the Rutgers University Representative for the APA Campus Ambassador (CAP) Program, an esteemed group dedicated to promoting APA’s mission among psychology students.

Vi Phung and Maria Baldova, both GSAPP Organizational Psychology PsyD students, took initiative to collaborate with Dr. Sharon Glazer, Director of GSAPP’s Organizational Psychology Program, in creating linkages with organizational psychology-related associations around the world for the Alliance for Organizational Psychology’s “Big Tent” Global Network—an effort that promotes worldwide cooperation and knowledge sharing across the discipline.

We also celebrate Dr. Cong Liu, Associate Professor in the Applied Psychology Department, who recently organized her 8th Workplace Ostracism Symposium at the Academy of Management Conference. Dr. Liu presented her research, “Prevention-oriented relationship crafting after workplace ostracism,” and, together with colleagues, contributed four empirical studies exploring workplace ostracism and its effects.

As our Organizational Psychology community continues to thrive, we invite prospective students to learn more about our PsyD and PsyM programs. Join us for our free, virtual Open House on Monday, October 27 at 7:00 p.m. ET. Register now!
