The New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) and the Rutgers School Climate Transformation Project (SCTP) at GSAPP invite PK–12 districts to apply for the New Jersey School Climate Improvement (NJ SCI) Coaching & Consultative Support Cohort (2025–2028) — a three-year initiative dedicated to strengthening school climate, culture, and inclusive practices through data-driven strategies.
Districts selected for the cohort will gain access to evidence-based resources and personalized coaching to help build inclusive, positive learning environments.
Participating districts will receive:
- eLearning modules focused on steps of the SCCP (data collection; data analysis; goal setting; strategic planning; implementation monitoring)
- Virtual Communities of Practices during Spring-Fall 2026 with additional events in years 2-3
- On-demand technical assistance for use of the platform for three years in up to two pilot schools
