Dr. Cara Phillips Was Chosen to Participate in the Provost’s Teaching Fellows Program for 2025-6!

Rutgers NB Chancellor Conway initiated this program in 2021 to support faculty excellence in the Rutgers community. It is now a collaboration with the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, & Inclusive Pedagogy (TIIP). Selected faculty come together to share their teaching experiences and engage in different methods to adopt new practices into their courses, ultimately leading to pedagogical innovation aimed at improving student learning outcomes.
This honor recognizes Dr. Phillips for her impressive work in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), her extensive work with individuals on the autism spectrum, and her commitment to teaching the next generation of behavioral health professionals. Congratulations!
